I have been taking it for nearly three weeks and this is I've what experienced. First thing I noticed is that I was able to get right to sleep at night and wake up earlier and fealing more refreshed on about one hour less sleep. My appitite has increased but so has my strenght and stanima giving me longer more intense work outs.
