Ok, I was a little skeptical. I have tried similar items in the past and they worked ok, but not enough to keep ordering. This item works very well. Tightens like before I had children. I am in my 40's and have 3 children. I have only used this item for a couple of weeks but noticed a difference after 3 days. I did take the advise of another review and use twice a day. Once in the morning and once a night. I also use with the tightening pills. I will continue to use/order this item.
