Works great using on scar from Total knee replacement and it is really making the scar disappear. Works but can make your skin itchy at times. I have noticed it does lighten scars after a couple of weeks. Using it on an old scar too and it works great!!

Since applying this gel, I think I've had some improvement in the raised-ness of the scars and the discoloration. Works very well and reduces scaring amazingly! It really works, and I think it will work better on me if I use it regulary. I’ll definitely purchase this gel again if it works in the long term, which seems very likely!

Trust me I've use baby oil and the butter coconut those didn't work but this cream I honestly do recommend!After one month I've noticed the marks started to fade in color, my wife still has the marks but not as bad.It does work!!

It also doesn't stain my clothes! I have very deep scars so I'm assuming this will take some time to work but I do feel like the appearance of my scars are lighter, which I haven't noticed with any other stretch mark/scar creams.

I like what it is doing so far because I was using make up to cover the dark spots on my face and I no longer have to do that. It works for me like a charm. I can't believe it!I am using this product to help my scars on my face from acne fade away and my stretch marks fade away. Its only been about a week and you can tell a small difference. I will continue to use the cream to see if it makes more of a difference.
