This is the brand and type to get for cooking, like marinades and salad dressings, to face masks mixed with clays or charcoal (I use rose or grey facial clay), and ph balancing for the skin if added to a long, hot detox bath. Makes skin super soft and deep cleans pours. Also cleans tubs and sinks in a natural way. Clever product but time tested.

I'm not new to ACV but it's been a few years. When I noticed this, I knew I had to restart. I've only had it for a few days so the healing properties I want haven't happened yet. I got it for anti-inflammatory and possible weight loss. I'm very happy to get this great product and hope for many benefits.

Tried other brands but none taste the same. A spoon in the morning makes a difference. Dont suffer, just drink with a spoon. It gets easier after a while.

Great as a toner for your face but make sure you splash cold water on your face five times

The ACV is top quality. My only issue is the glass bottle. I stay away from glass as I get older and more clumsy. The product is great I just don't like the bottle.

During pregnancy I had the worst heartburn.
A friend told me to use apple cider vinegar which seemed counter intuitive. Turns out heartburn can be caused by your body not producing enough acid so when acid is added to your regimen it helps settle things down

Tastes good and works. I drink some when I have a sore throat or my sinuses act up. It clears them up and helps me from feeling miserable and sick. It also seems to keep my waistline small but I don’t drink it for weight loss. I’ve tried other brands and I don’t feel like I get the same results. The mother really makes a difference.

I use it for my acidity. I add 1 tbsp to 16 ounces of warm water and drink this first thing in the morning after I brush my teeth. Eat breakfast after half hour :) have been doing this for over 6 months

Its Apple Cider Vinegar if that is what you need this will do the job. About the only useful advice that I can provide is this. I use Apple Cider Vinegar in a health drink that I consume daily. I have for years used the cheap gallon store brand from whatever local establishment I am in when I think about it. However I have noticed what I would consider more significant effects from using this even though it is more spendy. My reason for changing being a nurse acquantince telling me that if I didnt use all natural vinegar I would not really accomplish anything.

Arrived safe and sound! I knew that the apple cider vinegar was going to come in a glass bottle, so I was a bit scared that the glass was going to break and everything would’ve leaked, but it was packaged very carefully. I also received 10 free acv capsules, so I was pleasantly surprised! (Thank you so much!!) Bought the acv for skin and diet purposes, so will definitely be giving the capsules a go.
For consumption, I put one tablespoon of the acv in a 12 oz glass of water, mix, and drink it with a straw (I heard this lessens the damage to your teeth & gums). If it’s too much to handle, try one teaspoon or try adding more water.

As an, I hate to admit, after years and years of being wrapped up in the AMA's RXs, I'm not feeling very well.
I'm a senior, After the first use, I felt better immediately. Somehow with a 1, 400 calorie diet the scale went down 10lbs with the first bottle. Noticed definate changes with bodily systems. I use with 1/4 teaspoon of honey mixed before adding10 oz of purified room temperature water.
