The Advanced Capsules

The Advanced Plan is a 60-page guide included with every purchase of the Advanced Capsules. Designed to educate you on healthy eating, portion control and cooking techniques, its objective is to help you fall in love with food again. 

The Advanced Plan is made up of 3 main meals, and 2 snacks. We guide you through your breakfast, lunch and dinner choices with an extensive 'Approved Foods' list. This is broken down into a variety of different categories such as proteins, carbohydrates, vegetables, fruit, cereal, snack, and freebies.

There is no calorie counting, point scoring or complicated coloured days. We simply give you the tools to create healthy, colourful, delicious plates of food. Over the last 8 years we have learned where people tend to ‘fall off the wagon’, and all our knowledge has been poured into this plan. It is not a diet plan…it’s a lifestyle plan. It is vital that we can share our journeys with like-minded individuals who understand what we are going through. Our fantastic support network means that you are never on your own during your journey. We are here every step of the way with our community members and team of specially trained moderators. Come and go as you please, share your success with others, get inspiration or choose from a fantastic selection of recipes, the choice is yours- it’s your group after all.
