This stuff really works! I lost 4 pounds in the first week and two pounds a week after that all without changing my diet or anything about my daily routine. After all, that's what they advertise and I wanted to test the validity of their claim. And it's true. But when you add a healthy eating routine and even a little exercise you will lose weight even faster. This helps you lose weight quick enough to get motivated but not so fast that the way it just comes right back. It's not water weight that you are losing, it's actual fat. I love this product! I started with the CLA first trying this brand 4 years ago. The fat melts off! Recently 3 months ago I had twin baby girls. I only really use these pills when I’m going on a detox to help with the feeling of starvation. They really work but you still have to be mindful if you’re an over eater. You can still over eat without feeling hungry, so these pills only work well if you have some self control. Also only eating once or twice a day isn’t healthy either. A friend of mine brought these pills thinking if they only ate once or twice a day they would lose weight, which she did to only gain it all back. Overall i like these pills and only use when needed not a permanent or everyday thing.

I have ordered these pills twice from amazon. A little over a year ago I took them and lost 15 lbs in a month. And for the past month I have taken them again and lost another 20 lbs. I don’t mind the dosage (9pills a day for weight loss) and they are amazing at suppressing my appetite. It’s almost like taking phentermine without the side effects and jitters. My eating habits have changed a bit. As my appetite allows me to opt for healthier food choices. I haven’t worked out but I plan to on my next bottle. Really impressive for a weight loss pill for less than 22$ for a month supply. Closest thing I have ever had to a miracle pill. This is an awesome product. It has helped me with curving my appetite. I am a snackers. I graze all day. This has helped to curve that. I take 2 pills three times a day, usually 30 minutes to and hour before a meal. It has helped me stop over eating and grazing/snacking all day. I've lost 10 pounds in two weeks. I haven't exercised either. Just changed my diet to include healthy foods and drank more water. Will definitely keep taking Naturewise supplements.

I used to eat 2000 calories a day, but I can get down to 1500 calories a day with a maximum dose and combined with other Naturewise products (Garcinia Cambogia, CLA, and raspberry ketones). Please make sure you tested out your capacity before trying maximum dose. Please note that they gave me a free bottle too for reviewing. Very good product! I've had is product for a while and took it initially but was discouraged at not seeing results quick enough so stopped taking it. Recently I gave it a try and took 2 pills in the morning and added 1000 mg of Turneric Curcumin. I lost 10 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks. My husband and son noticed the weight loss. I could tell my clothes were getting looser too. I finished off the first bottle and order this 2nd ine. I have 10 more lbs to lose so I'm hoping this continues to do the trick for me. Btw my appetite decreased to the point that I would get a meal but vouldnt finish it. I have not worked out so I imagine that with working out the weight loss would be even better.
