Relief without the aspirin is the perfect solution to heartburn. This product has been around since 1931 and
the oldies are often the best. But without the aspirin this is better.

I first started using these in the Air Force for too much party'n before going back into rotation. They're a God send and work like a champ. These have no aspirin in them so as not to interfere with prescriptions you may be taking. Getting old sucks.

I like Alka Seltzer Gold because it does not contain aspirin. It used to be called Alka Seltzer Heartburn and had a lemon-lime flavor. I liked it better with the flavor but found it is okay if I mix it with gingerale. It helps my stomach upset (caused by Migraines) better than anything else.

Works great. Love that it doesn’t have aspirin so I can safely use with my daughter who is very sensitive to food additives. This knocks out most behavioral reactions pretty quickly.

I had to switch from regular Alka-Seltzer to Alka-Seltzer Gold because it does not contain aspirin. Regular Alka-Seltzer does contain aspirin which can be a problem for some people. So for anyone who cannot take aspirin I would recommend switching to Gold. It works very quickly to take away even the most severe heartburn.

If I feel like I'm getting a UTI, and I take a couple of these...followed by another couple 4 hours later, the UTI symptoms almost always disappear! I like it because it's aspirin-free, too.

This is an IDEAL solution for helping to get your body more alkaline (ref. Otto Warburg, (WW2)). Along with diet, this will help your body’s hormonal and immune system response immeasurably. Cancer cannot survive in an alkaline environment. I consider this product an absolutely ESSENTIAL part of my wellness program.
