Taking this amino acid as I heard it's good in combination with NAC to help with producing glutathione. I haven't had any bad reactions, uncertain if it's working although I am feeling better, I feel like there is more blood flowing to my brain and it's been easier to think/less confusion. Will update if things change.

I was having elevated BP and read articles on the Mayo clinic and WebMd sights that there was very good evidence this could reduce bp. Well it worked for me. I have been taking L-arginine for 6 weeks now first from local pharmacy then ordered this from amazon. my BP has now dropped back to normal range....but be sure to check with your Dr if you are taking BP meds or other meds as they can conflict..

Been using this for about 6 weeks, I believe it helps. I have a blood vessel issue, narrow vessels. MY Dr said why not try it , it will not hurt. I feel like my blood flow has improved, more energy, not tired. I will continue to use. Thanks

I started with NOW L-arginine long ago. In between buying more bottles, I've tried other L-arginine brands. I keep coming back to this one because I feel the difference (weighlighting). It just works. I've tried the NOW L-arginine tablet form and i think it maybe more potent do to it being a tablet (broken in half) than the capsules, but these capsules are substantially easier to swallow than the tablets (I just double up with the capsules).

I had read on one of my mountain bike forums about what this could do while out on the trail. I was a bit apprehensive as I normally don't take recommendations from people I don't know at all. I purchased these and began taking daily. I can honestly say it has increased my blood flow and oxygen levels I am assuming to my arteries and blood vessels opening up more. I am 53yrs old and taking these make me feel as though I am 25yrs old again on my mountain bike. I don't get as fatigued early and also, it actually enhances my riding endurance and abilities.

I've been taking the 1000 mg L-Arginine every morning with a couple other supplements for about 2 years. :-)
The 500 mg L-Arginine every mid-morning along with 3 other supplements for about 2 years. :-)
Then when the wife finally gets in one of her sexual moods, whether its late night or early morning I'll pop another 500 mg before hitting the bed room. :-) :-)
I'm on heart medicine for A-fib and I haven't had a heart attack yet, great supplement with very positive results with the claims.

Arginine is a common ingredient in preworkout. It is broken down in your body to nitric oxide which is a vasodilator and can give you a nice pump. Try taking 1-2 grams before your workout, if you don't see much effects try upping the dose. Arginine and Citruline both work in the same way to raise nitric oxide, but Citruline works much more efficiently. During the process of being converted to nitric oxide, most of the Arginine is wasted. So next time I'm going to try Citruline
